ThinkBack

It’s the first question everyone asks, and the hardest one to answer honestly: what does a video actually cost? The truthful answer is: it depends on what you need — but that doesn’t mean pricing has to be a mystery.

What actually drives the price

A video’s cost isn’t really about the camera. It’s about everything around it: how much planning goes into the concept, how many people are needed on the day, how complex the edit is, and how many versions you need at the end. A single straightforward interview costs a lot less than a fully scripted brand film with actors, locations, and animation.

One thing that’s easy to miss when comparing quotes: whether the short-form cutdowns — the recaps, reels, and clips — are included, or billed separately. A video that only exists in one long-form format does a fraction of the work that the same shoot could do if it’s repurposed properly.

What “fair” actually looks like

We believe pricing should be transparent, not a black box you only understand after the invoice arrives. That’s why our projects start at a fixed €850 — fixed scope, fixed price, no surprises, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you commit to anything.

A rule of thumb

If a quote feels suspiciously cheap, ask what’s not included — subtitles, revisions, short-form versions, usage rights. If it feels expensive, ask what problem it’s actually solving. The right price is the one that matches the result you actually need, not the flashiest package on offer.
