Your data is yours. We collect only what we need to answer you, and we say plainly what that is.

What we collect, and why

Contact form. Name, email address, and the message you write. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a call or quote. Basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

New Business Scan. Your email address. We use it to send you the scan by email, and to follow up about it. Basis: your request.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we use your email address to send our updates. Basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Technical data. Our servers log your IP address and browser details to keep the site secure and working. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website.

Cookies

We use cookies that make the site work, such as remembering that you closed a pop-up. Other cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

Who receives your data

Our hosting provider and our email service process data on our behalf. We use providers within the European Union where possible. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: a few weeks.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, delete or export your data, to limit how we use it, or to object to it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@thinkback.nl and we reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top.
